ETX, Inc. was formed in 2006 as the holding company for the automotive companies: Alma Products Company in Alma, Michigan, ATCO Products, Inc. in Ferris, Texas, and DACCO, Inc. in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Commenting on the Acquisition of ETX, Inc.
Mr. Alan Gatlin, President and CEO of ETX, Inc., stated:
We are very excited about the new opportunities this transaction will create. With the expertise of our new owners and with a new capital structure, we are well positioned for future expansion. We will be launching several new product lines in 2007 and actively seeking acquisition opportunities.
